Loose Change

Loose Change

A colloquial expression used to describe loose or rebounding pucks that are left in front of the opposing team’s net, usually after a scoring attempt or a save by the goaltender. Loose change pucks are often seen as prime scoring opportunities because they are in close proximity to the net, making it easier for players to quickly pounce on them and deposit them into the goal.
